INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each chicken breast into 2 or 3 large chunks.
- In a food processor combine the Ritz crackers, grated cheese, parsely, salt and pepper. Pulse a few times to form crumbs.
